• The battery comes with a charger, similar to a small drill. The battery disconnects from the Stix and sits in the charger. Very simple to operate.

• The charger is apx 5x5x1" flat square that plugs into the wall with a 3' or so cord. Just bend slightly and pull the battery from the front of the vaccum, then drop it into the charger. One side is rounded so it's easy to know which end is up when placing in the charger or slipping back into the vac.

• The battery pops out of the vacuum and goes into a seperate charger which I have sitting on my desk. Easy out and back in, and the vacuum sits wherever you place it on the floor.

• Neither, actually. You pull the battery out, and put it in its own separate cradle to charge. The cradle plugs into the wall.

• Remove battery from vacuum and place in charging plate that is plugged into the wall. When battery is completely charged, you remove it and place it into the vacuum.
