“all of a sudden the battery doesn't charge. The recharger keeps blinking and the battery is not charged.”

• Hi Sandy! It may that your charger may need to be reset. Please try this: Remove the battery from the charger and unplug the charger from the wall for at least a minute. Then plug the charger back on. It should only blink once. After that, place the battery back on the charger and it should charge. • Call the number on vacuum cleaner for Hoover and a rep will help you. The rep will have you do several things and if the problem is not corrected, they may send you a new charger or battery free.
