How well does this work on carpet? null

For my carpet it does a pretty decent job, decent suction combined with a powered roller brush. Not sure if it has enough suction for rugs, esp. the deep pile type.

Mine works well on my carpets. The suction is too great to use on bathroom rugs...it pulls them up off the floor. Doesn't always pick up lint on carpets, but picks up dog hair great!

Hi spice! This unit works very well on shorter carpet, as this unit does not have a height adjustment. On medium or longer carpet, you may have a harder time pushing the unit. -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

I have mostly tile. I do have an area rug. I thought it picked up good.

I do not have carpet on my house, I have concrete tiles and wood floors and it cleans so good. Each time I have to recharge battery so it's ready for the next time. However, my mother has one in her house which is all carpet and it seems to deep clean pretty good and leaves those beautiful lines like a pro. Good cleaner for its size and price. Make sure you use a price match to get the best price.

Yes. I don't use it for my biweekly cleaning, occasional messes only.
