• I notice extra soap on my thin living room carpet, but not on my thick bedroom carpet. Try it on a thick carpet, I bet you find the same condition.

• You control the amount of shampoo by squeezing the handle to spray it. Maybe do not squeeze it so long when putting the shampoo down when washing.
