“The top handle won't stay on the cleaner, it just pulls off and I can't pull it back without it coming off. It doesn't click into any locked position or anything....is there something missing that is supposed to lock it into place?”

The handle has two small screws that must be put in and tightened.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are 2 screws that came with the cleaner. Once the handle is inserted, the screws are inserted near the main part of the vacuum, at the base of the handle. The manual gives a picture of where the screws are inserted.
