• I had taken my living room carpet out several weeks ago to replace because it was so stained and nasty looking from years of pet abuse. I brought it back in after I bought this machine and it looks great again.

• The shampooer completely cleaned areas where my dog messed and I missed immediate clean up. Just use Hoover pet shampoo.
