We've had this about a month now, but it gets used at least once a week. So far it's standing up to rigorous use really well. No complaints about durability.

And periodically throughout the week whenever there is a spill or my puppy has an accident. I am beyond satisfied with it, arguably among the best carpet shampooers on the market.
