“Machine is 1 yr old & used about 10 times and now when I went to use it the water all pours out the bottom. I have tried numerous times to make sure the tank is on properly and it's clicked in. Is there a seal or something that could be bad?”

Yes there is a seal,rubber gasket that goes around the rim of the Dirty water tank but that should not cause a leak that rubber gasket if not on properly will cause no suction for the dirty water to pick up.
