“I have this machine but it seems that it uses water very quickly and I am constantly refilling it. Am I doing something wrong or is that how this machine works? Also, it doesn’t seem to suck up water from the carpet too good.”

• Mine does the same thing as well. I just think it goes through water and solution very fast. However my suction is really good. My carpets hardly feel wet after.
