Thank you for your question! Is this a question for the Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Upright Deep Cleaner? The Power Scrub Deluxe does not have a ONEPWR model, but I would be happy to help answer any question about a Hoover or ONEPWR model, all I need is the model number which can be found on the data plate or on the back of the cleaner. If this is for the Power Scrub Deluxe, for any model the solution/clean water tank can be removed by pushing down the button on the handle and unlatching from the pole. Both the auto-mix tank and the single tank versions of the Power Scrub Deluxe do not have a solution tank that can separate from the clean water tank. Thanks, Joseph- The Hoover Team
