If you go to Hoover.com ad search your model number you can find the products page here ( https://www.hoover.com/power-scrub-elite-multi-floor/FH50253PC.html#q=power%2Bscrub%2Belite&lang=en_US&start=1 ). Under specifications you will find a downloadable pdf of the manual. For the second question, fill the tank to the max fill line of the clean water tank and the solution tank to it's fill line. The solution is automatically mixed at a fixed amount, so if you put in less or more than the amount required it will not hurt your cleaning. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
