Hi Lanny, we're sorry to hear you had this experience! We always want to make sure you have a positive experience when it comes to using our cleaners. It could be time to rinse out your filter. Remember to only rinse it with water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that does not help, we ask you to make sure the dirt inlet tube is not clogged.
