• Have you checked in the back, this model has a switch in the back of the cup- just below the handle.

• Red power button on back of body. Take a step back and look down starting from the handle.

• Hi! The switch to your WindTunnel 2 Rewind Upright is located behind the cleaner towards the center of the body. It's a red switch. Hope this helps! -Giselle, Hoover Customer Care

• Based on the user manual, the on/off button is on the back of the vacuum right in the middle under the cord release. It is on page 6 of the manual. I hope that helps!
