Hi Arth! Both models will get a great deep clean for your carpets. The main difference between these models is that the High Performance Pet comes with a 5 year warranty instead of the 2 year compared to the WindTunnel 3 Pro. Also, the High Performance has an additional 2 levels of height adjustment making a total of 7 levels and has a quickpass brushroll for two times faster cleaning. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sure you've already made a purchase due to the date of your question but I just bought the high performance one and will be taking it back. There are more differences than what Hoover told you. Yes there is a longer warranty and more suction etc but you also lose rubberized tools and the retractable cord feature which is the main reason I was looking at the other model. In order to wrap this long cord you have to maneuver around the tools that are placed int the way and don't lock in and fall off. I'm really disappointed with this model that I paid extra for....
