Q: QuestionMy scooter has less than 50 miles on it and I can get it to go above 12 in either mode? What could be wrong with it, it’s brand new? This is also with a 3/4 full battery

• A:Answer It should give you a max pressure on the side of your tire. I would go probably 5 pounds below it. Or just maybe a pound or 2 below it.

Q: QuestionMy hover 1 alpha will only go 12mph on s mode and 7mph on normal mode and on the underside of the scooter it says max speed is 12mph but when looking online it says the scooter has a max speed of 18mph why is this please??

• A:Answer I have been using it for over a year now. Battery life is bad but i still like it. It takes up to 3 hours to fully charge it. But riding it up hill. In less than a mile the charge gets half. So get two batteries.

• A:Answer I wouldn’t buy a battery because the battery is going to go bad again. I drove my scooter for an hour and half and my battery stopped working. Cheap quality, buying a different brand such as hiboy.
