- Answer You can use a bike lock and either go thru the front wheel or around the lower bar and to another fixed object ( Like a bike rack etc. )

- Answer Mine came in charged, maybe 3/4 full. I used it for a while and then charged it less than an hour and I get the full charge. It says three hours full charge for empty and you'll get 9 miles range. You can get 15 to 17mph if the mode is sport.

- Answer Yes but mine never came and so they reissued me a refund because the item is discontinued plus don't ever buy anything from Best buy and cash otherwise you got to wait a month and a half to get your refund
