I did email and the response was return to the local best buy store but I have only 15 days from the date I buy I warn everybody, you have only 15 days return/90 days warranty and after that if it break down, you will loose all your $$$ Member status Standard: 15 days My Best Buy® Elite members:30 days My Best Buy® Elite Plus members: 45 days
