You don't. Return it to the retailer, and forget about this brand Hover. I had to return 2 Hover brand products in the same Christmas season because they have no after sale service nor access to parts. Hover's business model is based purely on quantity sold and not quality. They obviously do not care about having a happy long term customer... Only sell to as many suckers as they can.
