• Thank you for your question, Robb! The official Maintenance and Service Guide for this model states that the SSD can be removed and replaced if necessary; and yes, we recommend that an authorized service professional do so. The manual lists part numbers M11042-007 for 256GB and M11040-007 for 128GB.
