No there is no difference. Some cartridges work in many printers, and because page yields are a result of system design, yields from those cartridges may vary from printer to printer, although the variance is generally small. it’s impractical to list every possible yield for a given cartridge. Consequently, HP publishes a reference yield for every cartridge. It’s the yield based on one printer the cartridge is compatible with, which is used as a proxy for the yield of all printers the cartridge is compatible with.
