When will pre-orders be available? null

I chatted with HP today about this device as I want to get it for someone and the 11th Gen i3 and SSD makes it better than it's predecessor. I believe it will be available in mere days. HP told me this about getting it from them:"Since this HP Chromebook x360 14ct-cc000 is a customized to order laptop it will take 2-3 weeks for our team to build and assemble your specs regardless if you made some changes or not." Better to get at Best Buy. I bet they have already shipped to stores. Notice last years model is $200 off again. Clearing way for the new one imo.
