“I would like to use this primarily for my finances. Will Quicken work on this? Also will I be able to access all of my standard banking and investment web sites? Lastly I believe I seen printing is possible via WIFI, what about using a biilpay program?”

You can use the web version of Quicken on this laptop, but you will not be able to download Quicken software. You can access all websites that you use. You will be able to print over Wifi with this Chromebook as well.
