- Answer Good question. You will not be able to run PhotoShop on this computer. This is a Chromebook and runs ChromeOS. Any program you install on this computer comes from the Google App Store. You cannot install 3rd party programs on a Chromebook. You will need to purchase a Windows PC with high end specs to run PhotoShop. You will need at least an i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM and a good graphics card. I hope this helps.

- Answer Quicken cannot be used on a Chromebook, because it requires third party installation. You can use Mint.com instead. It's from the people who brought you Quicken. There's also Yodlee Money Center.
