Hello, the flashings would be something you would have to check into with Zoom and their setting options. Virtual backgrounds are found in the software that you are using for your meetings but the camera settings give you options as well. In addition you can download through the Microsoft Store an app called the Simple Green Screen App and it will give you options for backgrounds. Thank you for being an HP customer!
