Fortnite is incredibly heavy. haven’t tried to run it yet but my guess is it will not run smoothly not only because of the ram but because the amd Radeon integrated graphics gpu isn’t up to speed of the newer games. Wether or not you upgrade the ram this issue will persist. I can say I have ran a lot of ps3 games from steam on it with no problem , mostly older games from my generation like black ops 1 and need for speed and it will run those under low mid graphics with zero problems smoothly so is it possible to run fortnite? Maybe on low settings or over clocking a little bit but for your troubles paying to up the ram alone won’t cut it.
