• I have had this computer for 5 years and have had absolutely no issues with it. Recently I have seen a notification that the battery has lost some storage capacity, so I have ordered a replacement. I have replaced batteries in the past so this should be an easy task. There are useful videos on YouTube if anyone needs instructions.

• Thank you for the question. The HP 14-dk1013dx was introduced in late 2020. It's a good computer for light household computing and school.
