Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. You have two options, you can TRY to find someone who can get past the password, but the chances of finding someone are extremely small. The other and easier option would be to factory reset the computer, which will delete all the files and programs on the computer and restore it to its factory state. If you don't know how to do this, then please consider contacting a computer repair company, or go through Geek Squad at Best Buy for help.
