• You can use pretty much any modern PC as a laptop (Google it to see how). However, the only way I know to do it the only advantage would be if you had a device that could not be hardwired to the internet.

• You can connect a hotspot to this laptop. It will just appear as a wireless network that you can connect the laptop too.
