The processor is so slow that it's unlikely that you will be able to run photoshop. The camera is also terrible, and the screen resolution is very low.

Though it is possible to download and use Adobe Photoshop on this HP 14" laptop, I would highly recommend looking at Adobe's website to see what the recommended performance specifications are for Adobe Photoshop or any other photo editing app available. Most professional photo editing apps recommend 8gb of RAM as a minimum.
