Questions 1 and 2 - Yes and yes, but it's the Microsoft 365 subscription service. There are other options that can be used for free, however, like Google Workspace and Apple iCloud, both of which can edit and save to Microsoft formats. Questions 3 and 4 - it doesn't have an integrated optical drive, but you can get an external USB DVD drive for ripping CDs. The thing you have to keep in mind is 256GB of SSD storage isn't much, and you risk damaging the SSD should it get to and stay 60% full. If you're wanting to rip and store a large collection of music - especially in lossless formats like WAV, FLAC, or ALAC - consider an external hard drive.
