You’ll have to go through files and delete it that way. It’ll bring up a menu asking why and just follow through

You can navigate to the magnifying lens at the bottom left of your Windows screen, type in and select "Add or Remove Programs", then scroll down the list until you see McAfee. Clicking on a software title will give you the option to Uninstall that application.
