Hi Betty. It may work for you, however I recommend checking with your school first to see if they have any minimum requirements for the classes. I have found that depending on what you are doing with AutoCAD, recommendations are for very high end laptops. Here is a laptop that will run AutoCad. It has 8GB of RAM, a Ryzen 5 HDD and a fast 256GB SSD(solid state drive). The memory is expandable by an authorized service provider for when your daughter is working on large or complex drawing models or 3D. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-pavilion-15-6-laptop-amd-ryzen-5-8gb-memory-256gb-ssd-silver/6381743.p?skuId=6381743
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
