“Why does the feature specs say it comes with 12months of Microsoft 365 but then during checkout it says it does not come with it at all? I’m also reading in the previous questions it’s only good for 30 days ? I’m confused. Please help .”

Thank you for the question. The HP 14-dq0762dx laptop comes with a 30-day trial of Microsoft 365. To turn that trial version into a full version, you must purchase a separate product key for an ongoing subscription to Microsoft 365. Please visit Microsoft's site to determine which version will work best for you.
