Probably the dumbest question that will be asked here, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to properly shut down or restart this computer. I have used so many computers/laptops in my life and never had this issue! Help! null

I’m not sure on that. Sometimes my will shut down when I press the power button and sometimes it doesn’t and I end up just closing my laptop

Thank you for reaching out. To shut down your laptop in Windows 11, go to START, see the power icon at the bottom of the windows at the left, and click it to select sleep, shutdown, or restart.
