• Hi Frank, thank you for the question. HP Tuners recommends a 2GHz CPU. The HP 14-dq0002dx laptop has an Intel® Celeron® N4020 processor (1.1 GHz base frequency, up to 2.8 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB L2 cache, 2 cores). You might do better to have a laptop with an i3 processor for better compatibility with HP Tuners.
