• A:Answer Thank you for the question. No, sorry. This laptop is presented with Windows 11 in S Mode and Quickbooks does not support S Mode. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, because you can convert out of S Mode (free, simple, not reversible), however, Quickbooks requires more RAM and a faster processor.

• A:Answer Yes, it's going to have a lot of probblems trying to run iRacing. The processor isn't powerful enough, the computer doesn't have nearly enough RAM, there isn't enough storage, and iRacing requires a dedicated graphics card, which this computer doesn't have.

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. Windows in S Mode requires exclusive use of the Edge browser and downloads only from the Microsoft Store. You can overcome this by converting the laptop out of S Mode, into Windows 11 Home - a free, easy, and non-reversible conversion. We would suggest that you review other system requirements for Respondus to ascertain if this system (processor, amount of RAM, etc. meets those requirements.

Q: QuestionIf I have a work account through office 365, outlook email, will this laptop be able to let me log in? Are the apps already downloaded on the computer? My work account is free, so I am curious if I will have to purchase 365 once logged in?

• A:Answer Yes, they are already installed. The computer comes with a one-month trial of 365, but you should be able to enter your login credentials to override the trial period.

• A:Answer Because the computer is running in S Mode, it can only download apps that are in the Windows Store, and the AOL browser is not available. However, you can easily take the computer out of S mode, and then you could download and run the AOL browser. • A:Answer Its not a " gaming" laptop parsei, but i play xbox on it regularly through the xbox app an also have gamepass ultimate. Sometimes i run HDMI to my flatscreen an play an others i run off the laptop display an its very crisp on the laptop display so id say yes it can be used for gaming but isnt a "gaming" laptop.
