• A:Answer Because the computer is running Windows 10 in "S mode", it can only download and install apps that are available in the Windows store. Unfortunately, Star Stable isn't one of the available apps.

• A:Answer It does not have an Ethernet port. However, you can get an adapter that will take the Ethernet cable and plug it into one of the computer's USB ports.

• A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows 10 in "S Mode", the Cricut software can't be installed on it until you convert the computer to run Windows 10 Home. Microsoft has the instructions for converting the computer to Home.

• A:Answer Because this computer runs Windows 10 in "S Mode", you won't be able to download and install the software without taking the computer out of S Mode. Microsoft has instructions for how to do it.

• A:Answer Hi Olive.Webcams work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and other conferencing platforms. Some need an app, some are joined from your browser. The HP 14-dq0002dx laptop is presented with Windows 10 in S Mode, which means the Edge browser is utilized exclusively and downloads are allowed from the Microsoft store only. Respondus Lockdown is not compatible with Windows 10 S Mode, but you can convert this laptop to WIndows 10 Home (free, simple, non-reversible) to be compatible with Respndus Lockdown.
