“This laptop says it comes with a year of Microsoft Word. If that is the case, why are you offering an add-on of a 15 month package ? Also, some comments say there is only one month included.”

This laptop does come with a 12-month subscription to Microsoft 365. The 15-month offer is a promo by Best Buy on qualifying purchases and not specific to just this laptop.
