Thank you for your questions! This is not a Chromebook. Regarding Cricut software, I recommend checking the developer's website for the list of minimum and recommended system requirements in order to find a computer that meets those requirements. Some software, such as Cricut Design Space, requires a 64-bit Windows system for full functionality but will still operate with a 32-bit system with a couple of features disabled. Because this particular computer comes with Windows in S Mode, it is a 32-bit system.
