- Answer This laptop comes with Windows 10 in S Mode. That means you are limited to the apps from the Microsoft Store and the Microsoft Edge browser. You can access the social media accounts, YouTube and Facebook through the Microsoft Edge browser. You can play simple games from the Microsoft Store like Solitaire. There are various music apps available also in the Microsoft Store.

- Answer HP sells them because there's a market for them with people who have basic computer needs and would like a computer with extra security. Plus, if you choose, it's quick, easy, and free to change the computer into Windows 10 Home. The reason that expandable RAM and SSD drive sizes are not included is that it's actually a small percentage of people who buy a laptop and then expand the RAM
