• you should be able to remember bookmarks bar comes with the browser so that depend on google, I had google chrome before and Im sure they use it

• Thank you for the question. The HP 14-dq0054dx is presented with Windows 11 in S Mode, which only uses Microsoft Edge for browsing. Yes, there is a bookmarks bar. If you want to use the Chrome browser, you'll need to take the laptop out of S Mode (a quick, simple, and non-reversible change).
