Have not used Roblox w/screen recorder so I can't answer that question.
I do use Zoom and yes there is a screen recorder for Zoom.

Not sure about Roblox or storage for videos
I do use Zoom meetings which is excellent but haven't figured how to 
use virtual background or adjust zoom appearance for professionalism
