“Is this laptop compatible with a docking station with USB C type cord?”

• I bought a docking station with multiple USB outlets that plugs in the C adapter in the side of the laptop. Fairly inexpensive at Best Buy. I think $29.99.

• Thank you for the question. The USB Type-C port on the 14-dq0052dx has a 5Gbps signaling rate, so it's not compatible with DisplayPort or power throughput. If you are wanting to increase port availability, you could connect a hub.
