• Yes. Mine actually came with windows 365 already loaded

• Thank you for the question. No, you'll need an app to open and read the file, and to make changes if necessary. There are a couple of ways to do that. Excel is one of the apps in Microsoft 365, offered free for 30 days with this laptop, and you can subscribe for ongoing use. You can also use the online version for free, or use Google Sheets for free.
