• I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now. It’s working pretty fast, no delays and I started downloading apps.

• "Slow" is kind of subjective, and it's going to depend on what sort of work you're doing. It will be fast enough for basic office work (and playing Minecraft). If you're looking to do complex engineering work, yes, it would be slow for that kind of work.
