• Thank you for the question. The HP 14-dq6012dx laptop has Windows 11 in S Mode, and downloads must originate from the Microsoft Store only. Zoom has a version available for S Mode in the Microsoft Store. There is no Teams version for S Mode, so you'd need to convert the operating system out of S Mode to download Teams (and use advanced features on Zoom). Converting is simple and quick, but it is not reversible Once converted and with virus protection enabled, you'll be able to download apps from any origin.
