• Hi, it is a very nice lap top. I recommend you get Microsoft office if she will be doing papers.

• The Chromebook only allows you to use the Chrome browser or any app from the Chrome Web Store or Google Play Store. You may want to consider a laptop with Windows 10 Home, which would allow more versatility.
