Yes, the photo editing tools must be installed from the Chrome store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even our new printers have software for editing your photos however since you have a chromebook the situation is different. Chromebooks do not run like a standard computer so you could not use a full featured program for editing your images. You would need to download an app from the Chromebooks app store which would allow you to do basic photo editing.
