Does it have a backlit keyboard null

Nope keyboard does not light up

Thanks for your question. This HP laptop does not have a backlit keyboard.

You might think so, especially considering the full retail price, but no. So if you need one, spend more money, get a different computer, or get an ado-on light that will allow you to work in dim or no light. There are a couple of different ones that I know of. Both get their power from the USB port and are inexpensive (compared to a new or upgraded laptop.
