- Answer You would want to look at the system requirements for the software from the developer's site. Updates can affect the requirements which can change what settings you can run the software on or if you can run it at all. You might want to go to the store to look at various units and get recommendations from the computer team at Best Buy as they can delve deeper and get the information for the exact specs you need.

- Answer Honestly? Its probably the adapter rather than the port. I had to go through a few different adapters before I found some that worked on my Alienware that I use for work. That machine is only a year old, so I would suspect that your issue is the same. My daughter has this computer and uses it with an HDMI adapter on the TV upstairs a lot because she streams Kpop concerts that don't stream on Roku, Netflix, etc. She got her adapter at Target, I think.

- Answer I wouldn't- the machine would run at the slower rate anyway. The ram speed isn't just the RAM itself, its the chip slot that its connected to.

- Answer Doubtful, maybe on low settings. The graphics card on this isn't made for that. Its just Intel UHD graphics.

- Answer Not every machine comes with a cable. You need to buy the small sata cable. The connection point for the HD is next to the HD bay, right by the wireless card.

- Answer You'd need to get one, though I wouldn't use either of those. They are pretty resource-heavy relative to the specs on this computer unless you throw more RAM into it (which you can do on your own, don't let Geek Squad tell you otherwise- if it couldn't be upgraded why would they offer to do so and charge you for it?) There are 7 screws. 2 in the corner, 4 under 1 rubber footstrip, 1 under the other rubber footstrip. Use a guitar pick or similar and gently pop off the back. Voila', ram slots. *SMH* I got this exact model for my daughter for school next August and I just upgraded the RAM in it.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, you can connect a keyboard and monitor. The 15-dw3033dx has an HDMI 1.4b port and several USB ports. It's presented with Windows 10 S Mode, so if Open Screen is not available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to convert to Windows 10 Home (both systems are upgradeable to Windows 11) in order to acquire the Open Screen app.

- Answer You're right, it doesn't have a second extra socket to expand the memory. I opened the laptop and couldn't find it.
